Shipping Costs in Australia and New Zealand
For orders placed between Monday and Friday we will work to dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be posted on the following Monday.
Australian deliveries:
We use Australia Post with added signature on delivery. You can select either Standard postal delivery (up to 7 days) or Express Post. Express Post is usually delivered 2 - 3 business days in major capital cities and metro areas. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer.
New Zealand deliveries:
We use Australia Post. Postage may take up to 12 days to reach you. Please note, there have been delays due to custom in New Zealand.

Just Mine Jewellery accepts no responsibility for address details entered incorrect by the customer. All attempts will be made to deliver the product but cannot be guaranteed if address details are entered incorrectly.
Returns
Just Mine Jewellery understand that online shopping can be difficult and you may change your mind. We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be in original condition and are unworn.
